Advertising disclosure
How money relationships are labeled
CravingWise may earn revenue from affiliate links, advertising, sponsorships or partnerships. Those relationships must be clear to readers and cannot control our medical caveats, source standards or correction process.
Affiliate links
Some links may be affiliate links. If you click and later buy, subscribe or sign up, CravingWise may receive a commission. This does not increase the price you pay unless the destination site states otherwise. We label commercial relationships near relevant pages or in this disclosure.
Sponsored content and paid partnerships
Sponsored articles, videos, newsletters or social posts will be labeled as Sponsored, Paid Partnership, Ad or similar language where applicable. Sponsors do not receive control over unrelated editorial pages.
Reviews, rankings and comparisons
Reviews and comparison pages should separate evidence from commercial relationships. Affiliate status does not guarantee inclusion, ranking position or positive treatment. We may use objective factors such as public pricing, product type, clinician involvement, pharmacy language, safety disclosures, cancellation terms and source quality.
Video and social content
Short-form videos, scripts, captions and creator briefs must include clear disclosure when there is a material connection to a brand or partner. Celebrity, influencer or viral-search content must not imply a medical endorsement, treatment outcome or brand claim unless supported by reliable public evidence.
Health and weight-loss claims
Health-related claims require reliable substantiation. We do not allow advertisers or affiliate partners to insert unsupported claims about weight loss, safety, dosing, eligibility, side effects, compounded products or treatment outcomes. FTC guidance says endorsements should be honest and not misleading, and health advertising claims should be truthful, not misleading and supported by science.
Corrections
If you see an undisclosed relationship, outdated price, unsupported claim or factual error, email [email protected]. Corrections to sponsored or affiliate-linked content are handled under the same editorial standard as other corrections.
